Job Description:
We're looking for a sharp, results oriented Outbound Growth Specialist to lead our outreach
efforts across multiple platforms and drive qualified leads through the sales funnel. From crafting
personalized messages to optimizing conversion strategies with A/B testing and funnel analytics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, Upwork, email, Discord, and niche
- communities.
- Develop and optimize sales funnels tailored to each platform and audience segment.
- Conduct A/B tests on messaging, timing, and platform strategy to boost engagement.
- Track key funnel metrics (open rates, reply rates, call bookings, conversions) and
- optimize accordingly.
- Handle conversations, nurture leads, and close deals and hand off to the technical team
- when needed.
- Maintain and update CRM and automation tools to streamline outreach.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation, outreach, and sales.
- Strong grasp of sales funnels, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with outreach tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Instantly, or Apollo.
- Self starter who thrives in a fast paced work environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience in B2B services, SaaS, creative agencies, or digital products.
- Knowledge of sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zapier).
- Understanding of cold email best practices and deliverability strategies.
