Location: Lahore-Garden Town

Position: Full-Time (On-Site)

Salary: 45000/- TO 75000/-

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketing & Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and promote our advertising services across various sectors. You will play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients, build prospect lists, and initiate outreach through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, and networking.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to prepare customized marketing proposals and pitch presentations.
  • Liaise with internal teams (creative, production, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and brand activation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar business development or marketing role, preferably in an advertising/creative agency
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close clients.
  • Familiarity with advertising mediums (OOH, BTL, Digital) and campaign strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
