We're Hiring – Tax & Compliance Advisor (PSEB-Certified Export IT Company)

Location: Rawalpindi

Work Mode: Hybrid (Office with remote flexibility)

Job Type: Full-Time or Contract

Easiz, a PSEB-certified IT company, is seeking a skilled and strategic Tax & Compliance Advisor to lead our tax structuring and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Pakistan's tax regulations for IT exporters and a proven ability to design efficient, legally compliant structures that minimize liabilities.

The advisor will work closely with the directors to ensure our operations remain lean, clean, and compliant, especially in the context of cross-border service arrangements with UK-based partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage FBR income tax filings and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws
  • Handle SBP export documentation (under Code 9182) and ensure accurate remittance reporting
  • Advise on structuring a freelancer-only model to avoid salary tax, EOBI, and employment liabilities
  • Review and validate intercompany invoicing from UK to Pakistan
  • Ensure all compliance and financial documentation is audit-ready
  • Liaise with PSEB and relevant regulatory bodies as needed

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA) or equivalent
  • Proven experience with PSEB-registered IT export companies
  • Strong understanding of FBR, SBP, SECP, and Pakistan's IT services tax framework
  • Familiarity with freelance and contract-based team structures
  • Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and high professional integrity
