
Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive qualified leads for our design and development services. The ideal candidate should have experience in prospecting, outreach, and converting potential clients through various channels.
Position Info:
Title: Business Development Executive
Shift/ Timings: Night / 6:00 pm to 03:00 am
Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Project Identification:
- Actively search for relevant projects on Upwork that align with the company's services and expertise.
- Evaluate client requirements and match them with internal capabilities.
Proposal Writing:
- Craft customized, detailed, and persuasive proposals to win projects.
- Highlight relevant skills, experiences, and unique selling points in proposals.
- Maintain a consistent tone and format in all communications.
Client Communication:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and messages.
- Schedule and participate in discussions or interviews to understand client needs.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, Upwork bidding strategies, and client expectations.
- Analyze competitors' approaches to improve proposal success rates.
- Work closely with the project delivery team to ensure accurate commitments are made to clients.
- Provide clear project details and expectations to the team after securing contracts.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on bidding success rates and revenue generated through Upwork.
- Identify areas for improvement and adjust bidding strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist or in a similar role.
- Expertise in generating leads through multiple channels such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.
- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other lead generation and email automation platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling proposals.
- Proven track record of winning projects and achieving sales targets on Upwork.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of the company's services, such as Web & App development, graphic design, or content writing.
- Proficiency in drafting professional proposals and client communication.
