Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fast Sales), Upwork Bidder (Mid-Level)

Job Description:

Artilence is seeking a Mid-Level Upwork Bidder with hands-on experience in online bidding and client communication. The candidate will identify relevant projects, craft compelling proposals, and secure new business opportunities via platforms like Upwork.

Responsibilities:

  1. Bid daily on relevant projects, especially on Upwork
  2. Write tailored proposals and cover letters
  3. Communicate professionally with potential clients
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope in proposals
  5. Follow up with leads and convert them into deals
  6. Maintain a bid tracker and meet KPIs

Requirements:

  1. 2–3 years of relevant Upwork bidding experience
  2. Understanding of AI services such as AI-Powered Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, Predictive Analytics, Document Automation, NLP, AI for E-commerce, Custom AI Models, and AI Marketing Solutions
  3. Ability to create customized, client-centric proposals
  4. Familiarity with platforms like Fiverr and Freelancer is a plus
  5. Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated

This is a full-time onsite role at our office in G Block, Johar Town, Lahore.
