Job Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales coordination, preferably in IT solutions or enterprise technology selling. The role focuses on customer and partner outreach, event participation coordination, meeting scheduling, and internal sales support tasks. You will be a key part of the sales engine, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Customer & Partner Engagement:
  • Initiate and maintain regular outreach to customers and channel partners via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Follow up with potential leads shared by the sales or marketing team.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings for the sales and technical team with customers and partners.
  • Invite customers and partners to webinars, events, bootcamps, and product demos, and ensure their attendance through follow-up.
  • Maintain updated contact databases (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.) with partner/customer information and communication logs.
  • Coordinate between the sales, presales, commercial, and marketing teams to ensure accurate handover of lead and deal information.
  • Prepare sales trackers, meeting schedules, follow-up sheets, and internal communication reports.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing documentation for quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and assist in creating sales enablement materials with the marketing team.
  • Maintain organized digital records of all outreach efforts, meeting outcomes, and partner responses.
  • Generate periodic reports on outreach activity, meeting conversions, and event participation.
  • Help maintain CRM tools and follow-ups aligned with sales cycles.
  • Understand Softech's product portfolio across cybersecurity, networking, observability, and enterprise IT.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with C-level executives, IT managers, and procurement officers.
  • Represent the company positively and confidently across all touchpoints.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Inside Sales, or Partner Account Support role.
  • Background in B2B, IT solution selling, or enterprise technology distribution is mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or Excel-based CRM).
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a channel-based IT sales ecosystem (distributors, vendors, system integrators).
  • Exposure to handling customer invites and RSVP management for corporate events or webinars.
  • Basic understanding of IT products like firewalls, endpoint protection, or cloud monitoring.
