About the Job

We are looking for a Product Coordinator to support our Product Manager in the successful planning, documentation, and delivery of high-quality SaaS products. This is a key role to ensure smooth coordination across product development stages, from documentation and version control to assisting in product launches. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Product Manager in coordinating product roadmap, timelines, and release schedules.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for product requirements, features, and user stories.
  • Help with version control and collaborate using Git and GitHub to ensure smooth coordination within the team.
  • Support the Product Manager with sprint planning, progress tracking, and execution.
  • Ensure proper handoff of product features from design to development, testing, and deployment.
  • Maintain product backlogs and ensure timely updates for product documentation and release notes.
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product development processes.
  • Help organize and track user feedback, assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Monitor product release stages and assist in coordinating the final deployment processes.
  • Support the team in Agile practices and assist in managing project-related documentation within tools like Jira and Confluence.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in product coordination or related field, ideally within SaaS.
  • Technical proficiency or previous experience as a developer/SRE/architect.
  • Exposure to SaaS platforms, cloud services (Azure), and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git and GitHub.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Comfortable working with product management and engineering teams.
  • Tools: GitHub, Figma & CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with product documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Notion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
