We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Female HR Manager to oversee our Human Resources operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR policy development. As a vital part of our HR team, you will play a key role in driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring timely hiring of top talent.
- Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and leave processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Address employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive and professional environment.
- Partner with management to implement HR strategies, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven HR management or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Female candidates only.
