Role Description

As our Lead Qualification & Nurturing Specialist, you will be the vital link between our marketing campaigns and our sales success. Your primary responsibility will be to aggressively engage with inbound leads generated through our digital channels, qualify their interest and needs, and nurture them through the early stages of the sales funnel. This is a highly active role that requires exceptional communication skills, persistence, and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggressive Lead Follow-Up: Promptly and consistently follow up with all inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns (e.g., website inquiries, ad responses, content downloads) via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct in-depth qualification calls to assess lead interest, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority. Identify true sales-ready opportunities.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand customer pain points, energy consumption patterns, and motivations for considering solar energy solutions.
  • Information Provision: Effectively communicate Soluxia Energy's value proposition, product offerings, and the benefits of solar energy. Address initial questions and overcome common objections.
  • Relationship Building: Develop rapport and build trust with potential customers, positioning Soluxia Energy as a reliable and expert partner.
  • Lead Nurturing: Implement and execute nurturing strategies for leads that are not immediately sales-ready, keeping them engaged and moving them closer to a conversion point.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all lead interactions, update lead status, and maintain a clean and organized CRM database (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to seamlessly hand off qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition in the sales process. Provide valuable insights to the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics such as lead response time, qualification rates, and conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales, lead generation, or business development role, preferably in a B2C or high-volume lead environment.
  • Aggressive & Persistent: Demonstrated ability to relentlessly pursue leads and not take "no" for an answer. A strong desire to exceed targets and drive results.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively engage with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Sales Acumen: Understanding of the sales cycle and lead qualification methodologies.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and comfortable using digital communication tools.
  • Self-Motivated & Organized: Highly organized, able to manage multiple leads simultaneously, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Results-Oriented: A strong drive to achieve and exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Renewable Energy: Genuine interest in solar energy and a desire to contribute to a sustainable future is a significant plus.
