Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote (Must be available during U.S. business hours)

We're looking for SDRs who can confidently speak the language of technology while connecting with potential clients across the United States. This role is all about smart, meaningful conversations—no cold calls, no hard selling. If you've handled inbound queries, client coordination, or U.S.-based communication in any industry, that's a big plus.
What You'll Do:
- Engage with inbound leads and warm prospects—mostly through email, LinkedIn, and scheduled calls
- Communicate our services clearly and persuasively to potential U.S.-based clients
- Qualify prospects and coordinate with our business development and technical teams
- Maintain clean, detailed records in our CRM (like a pro)
- Represent Mavericks United with energy, clarity, and professionalism
What You Must Have:
- Outstanding spoken and written English – engaging, professional, and articulate
- A degree or background in Computer Science / IT – you get how tech works
- Experience working with U.S. clients – in any communication-heavy role (sales, support, consulting, freelancing, etc.)
- Confidence, charm, and the ability to think on your feet
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs
- Knowledge of IT services, staff augmentation, or tech consulting
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email tools, or inbound sales funnels
