Business Development Manager

We are looking for Upwork and Fiverr Bidders to help in developing new businesses. A key responsibility for this job role would be acquiring business through different freelancing channels. Keep in mind that this is a completely remote job and does not require any travelling.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Bringing in new business and clients by participating in online bidding on various freelancing platforms and generating sales up until the completion of the client's projects.
- Gather client requirements and communicate them with the team. This can require talking on the phone, chatting via various platforms, all depending on the client's requirements.
- Maintain a high rating on all platforms.
- Maintain a good relationship with the clients.
- Closely collaborate with the team leader and finish all assigned duties on time.
- Retain records of client information and sales.
- Candidate must be dynamic enough to meet the monthly target and excel.
The following skills are a must-have for the ideal candidate:
- Experience with interacting with clients on freelancing sites.
- Experience in freelancing and project acquisition.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Skillful in negotiations.
- The ability to collaborate and work independently.
The ideal candidate must have access to a good internet connection, laptop/computer, and a quiet environment for daily virtual meetings.
