We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (B2B / Software Services)

Are you a go-getter who knows how to build and scale a sales process from the ground up? We're looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing software company.

What We're Looking For:

You should be someone who can:

  • Set up and optimize the full B2B sales cycle — from outreach to closing.
  • Identify and pursue high-quality leads through creative prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Work closely with leadership to shape our sales strategy and messaging.
  • Drive growth by targeting the right industries and decision-makers.
  • Deliver measurable results and bring in business we're excited about.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Designing a repeatable lead generation and qualification process
  • Managing outbound and inbound sales efforts
  • Building partnerships and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Collaborating with marketing and tech teams to align messaging and value delivery

Experience Level: 2–4 years minimum in B2B tech/software sales or business development
