  • Assigning of all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of the work and drive the people management activities within the team.
  • The Role requires to manage effective internal/external client relationships within a defined area of responsibility.
  • Liaising with multiple customers and suppliers within global IT industry.
  • Managing the business model within Supply Chain industry / ITSM and ensuring the SLA compliance.
  • Multiple communications with vendors and customers via various technology channels around the globe.
  • Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer.
  • Captures interpret basic customer information.
  • Analyze the various parts of a problem properly and develop logical solutions. · Attention to detail
  • Build a services relationship with the Customer
  • Team Management and client Management.
Job Specification

Skills:

  • Candidate must have Excellent Communication Skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure, must have basic analytical skills
  • Must have basic MS Office skills and must have a 'can do' attitude
  • Flexible & Adaptable in different situations and environment
  • Demonstrate sound understanding of complex processes
  • A go-getter attitude to approach customer queries and problems proactively.
  • Knowledge of e-supply chain and customer service is required.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shift.

Experience:

· Must have at least 2 years of experience with customer services / management / account management
