Job Overview: As a Sales Manager for Exchange Listings of LATOKEN crypto exchange, you will act as a pioneering investment banker in the era of capital market democratization, focusing on the "IPO" of innovative assets. Your role is pivotal in building relationships, understanding client needs, and demonstrating how listing with Latoken addresses challenges related to token adoption and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intensive prospecting work utilizing advanced automation tools and messaging sequences.
- Achieve mastery in generating hot leads and transition to closing high-value deals.
- Develop into a trusted advisor by gaining deep insights into business models of tokens, marketing channels, and startup requirements.
- Progress to hiring, training, and supervising a team, focusing on discipline and revenue growth.
- Prioritize sustainable process improvements and uphold the reputation of Latoken.
- Over 1 year of proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong proficiency in modern prospecting and sales management tools.
- Ability to learn the Web3 narratives and develop an Investment Banker judgment on a prospect's upside potential.
- Preferred: Experience with token listings or advisory roles in the crypto sector.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
