Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for management and execution of the end-to-end hiring process. This individual will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technical & non-technical positions, collaborating with Senior Manager HR and department managers to set requirements. We seek a proactive, self-driven individual with strong leadership skills and a go-getter attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings,screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Lead the development of job descriptions and interview questions
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Ability to effectively evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Best utilization of company resources and tools i.e. Job Boards, LinkedIn, indeed, Brightspyre, Rozee.
  • Matching candidates to vacancies.
  • Familiar with different ATS
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
  • Headhunting and sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, job boards and social media
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Recruiter
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tasks
