We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Officer (Third party) to manage bulk hiring for blue-collar roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruitment, sourcing from diverse channels, and coordinating end-to-end hiring processes for skilled and semi-skilled labor across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for blue-collar positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media, community networks, and referrals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external recruitment partners or vendors.
  • Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data, reports, and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and organizational standards.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation processes in coordination with HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in high-volume or blue-collar recruitment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and excel management
  • Knowledge of local labor market trends and sourcing channels.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience recruiting in industries such as FMCG, OMC, retail, manufacturing, logistics, or facility management.
  • Exposure to on-site hiring drives and mobilization.
