Job Title: Technical Recruiter – Shipyard Manpower Hiring

Location: Onsite – Lahore Office

Job Type: Commission-Based

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in shipyard manpower hiring, particularly for technical and engineering roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting skilled professionals for the marine and shipbuilding industry.

The recruiter should be familiar with hiring for positions such as:

Welders, Fabricators, Pipe Fitters, Riggers, Scaffolders

Mechanical Engineers, Marine Engineers, QC/QA Inspectors

Supervisors (Mechanical, Piping, Structural)

Blasters & Painters, Electrical Technicians, Safety Officers

And other roles essential to shipyard and offshore project operations.

This role requires a deep understanding of manpower needs in the shipbuilding/marine engineering sector and the ability to deliver quality candidates under tight timelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (required)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment experience

Must have prior experience in hiring for shipyard, marine, or heavy industrial projects

Required Skills & Tools:

Strong grasp of full-cycle recruitment processes

In-depth knowledge of technical job descriptions related to shipyard projects

Expertise in sourcing candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Rozee.pk, Indeed, Jobee.pk, etc.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet project deadlines
