Job Title: Corporate Legal Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Legal Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing litigation matters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while protecting the company's interests.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and research skills, with expertise in litigation management and regulatory compliance. Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills are also essential for effectively engaging with external counsels and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Litigation Management: Handle and monitor litigation cases, ensuring timely filing of responses, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Preparation of Presentations (PPTs): Develop legal reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing case statuses, risks, and legal strategies.
  • Internal Reporting: Maintain accurate records of ongoing litigation, updating management on case progress, potential risks, and legal expenses.
  • Coordination with External Counsels: Liaise with external legal counsels to ensure effective representation, strategy alignment, and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaboration with Internal Departments: Work closely with internal teams to gather relevant information, ensure legal compliance, and provide necessary legal guidance.
Qualifications:
  • LLB/LLM degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
