About the Role:
Geographical Sales Manager, astrategic leader who oversees a company's sales and its operations on a regional scale. They develop and implement sales strategies, manage regional sales teams, and ensure sales targets are met across the territories. They also analyze market trends, build customer relationships, and collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objective
Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating, and enhancing the skills of a sales team through training and coaching.
- Developing an annual business plan with clear KPIs and targets, alongside robust reporting mechanisms.
- Building and maintaining impactful customer relationships to execute category objectives effectively.
- Working with cross-functional teams to optimize returns and drive business outcomes.
- Using market insights and tools to inform and influence customer decisions for category growth.
Qualifications
BBA or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Requirements
- Hands on experience with Salesflo and sales monitoring Software.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in FMCG sales, particularly in central and north region.
- Market knowledge and routes-to-market expertise.
- Proven team management abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a drive for achieving targets.
