Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST AT OUR KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA SITE. This role requires fluency in the Urdu language. The role involves day-to-day activities focused on responding to customer requests, managing concerns, and providing specific information based on the inquiries received via inbound phone calls, chat, or email depending on the project assigned.
Key Requirements
- Candidates should be open to working rotational shifts.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA.
- Candidates must be available to join for the March 2025 intake.
- Candidates must have a PASSPORT and diploma ready.
- Candidates must have BPO experience handling inbound, outbound, chat, and email support.
