Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell surgical instruments and related products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, procurement departments, and hospital staff.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive growth within the territory.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for end-users.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, customer visits, and market insights to the management team.
- Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Uphold ethical selling practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of sales experience in the medical or surgical device industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in territory and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Willing to travel within the assigned region as needed
