Niche Academy LLC is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented
Associate Product Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Senior Product Manager and designer to create impactful product requirement documents (PRDs) and assist in day-to-day product management tasks. This is a great opportunity for individuals who excel at taking ownership and contributing to meaningful product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to define, document, and refine product requirements.
  • Work closely with designers to create effective and visually compelling PRDs.
  • Assist in designing workflows and prototypes using tools like
    Figma

.
- Coordinate across teams to gather feedback and ensure product requirements align with business goals.
- Maintain organized documentation and provide regular updates on project progress.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to design
    PRDs

and articulate product ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in
Figma

or similar design tools for creating mockups and wireframes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
