The Role

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our fast-growing product team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside accomplished product leaders, contribute directly to shaping the platform, and gain hands-on experience in a high-growth startup environment.

As an APM, you will support end-to-end product development — from understanding user needs to defining requirements, coordinating with engineering and design, and analyzing product performance. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the craft of product management while making a real-world impact in the mental health space.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements, write user stories, and maintain the product backlog.

  • Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and identify opportunities to improve user experience and engagement.

  • Partner with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality product features.

  • Track product metrics, generate insights, and recommend improvements.

  • Support go-to-market planning, launch readiness, and post-launch analysis.

  • Stay close to industry trends and competitor products to inform product decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in product, tech, consulting, or related fields (internships or project work also valued).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Passion for mental health, digital products, and creating meaningful user experiences.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn from experienced product leaders.

  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment.
