Associate Product Manager

- Assist in defining product vision, roadmap, and strategy in collaboration with the Product Manager.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to improve product features.
- Write clear and comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, and marketing teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Monitor product performance using data analytics and customer feedback, and suggest optimizations.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in line with strategic goals.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate product launches, including internal communications, training, and go-to-market activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS-based environment.
- Familiarity with the Fintech domain (RegTech, digital banking, AML/KYC solutions, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Confluence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
