Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT/SaaS Experience Required)

Location: Office 04, 3rd floor, Burj-e-Noor Trade Center, Shamsabad, Rawalpindi/Islamabad

Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri)

Job Type: Hybrid

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Software House or IT Industry

Job Description:

Exiom Sols is hiring a Business Development Executive with proven experience in the IT or software industry. This role is ideal for someone passionate about client engagement, project acquisition, and strategic communication. Candidates must be skilled in managing platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and direct client outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and identify business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other freelance channels
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and professional communication
  • Manage client meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.), including requirement gathering and proposal presentation
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to ensure accurate project scope and delivery timelines
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and timely responses to client queries
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client communication within a software house or IT company
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written & spoken)
  • Confidence in handling client calls, demos, and project discussions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) and CRM tools is a plus
