Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have strong persuasive communication skills, a results-driven attitude, and a passion for digital innovation.

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing sales pipelines, and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will also contribute to brand awareness and marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for lead generation and client acquisition
  • Engaging with potential clients through email, phone calls, and in-person meetings to pitch agency services
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and emerging business opportunities
  • Maintaining and updating CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
  • Collaborating with the digital marketing team on promotional campaigns and content planning
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and qualifying for performance-based commission
  • Representing the company at networking events or client meetings where required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Confidence in communication, negotiation, and client interaction
  • A strong understanding of B2B lead generation and sales lifecycle
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms
  • Energetic, motivated, and target-oriented personality

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary and performance-based commission. Working hours are from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
