IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The role of Group VP Business Growth Partners is pivotal in shaping and executing the people strategy that supports the Company's long-term vision. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, this role ensures that People & Organization priorities are deeply embedded within core business strategies. By working closely with functional leaders, the role drives initiatives that elevate the employee experience, promote an inclusive and high-performing culture, and deliver sustainable talent outcomes. Positioned at the center of organizational transformation, the role is key to advancing workforce readiness, strengthening leadership capability, and accelerating company-wide performance through aligned people strategies.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Initiate and execute strategy alignment & employee engagement initiatives to help support organizational focus, efficiency and business results.
• Provide advice and support to employees and people managers in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including Recruitment and Selection, Rewards and Recognition, Retention, Performance Enhancement, Employee Engagement, and Employee wellbeing Attend inter-departmental team meetings to encourage collaboration across the business, whilst fostering consistency and mitigating potential risks and issues that may affect the team's ability to provide appropriate resources and support.
• Proactively lead, coach and manage Business Growth Partners in the provision of an effective business partnering service across the business. Responsible for informed decision-making by using data to identify trends; working with business leaders to determine the root cause of issues and developing an organizational effective solution
• Oversee people management policies, practices, and procedures that provide an optimal working environment and promote a culture of excellence, organizational effectiveness and adaptability. Serves as a central point of contact for all people related issues in order to facilitate execution of business requirements and overall HR strategy implementation
• Provide project management support and expertise for the people work stream across all departmental projects to ensure legal compliance, collaboration and consistency of approach, whilst establishing credibility by quickly responding to changing priorities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• Master`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications (SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
