IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Responsible for formulating and leading the direct sales strategy, ensuring effective management of alternate sales and joint shops functions. The incumbent will identify new market opportunities, lead the sales team in executing commercial and service targets, and oversee a network of 200 shops nationwide to implement customer experience strategies. Additionally, the role involves managing the alternate sales channel for optimal efficiency and results.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Formulate and lead a comprehensive direct sales strategy, overseeing the efficient management of alternate sales and joint shops functions.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, guiding the sales team in strategically executing commercial and service targets.
  • Oversee and lead the extensive shop network comprising 200 outlets across Pakistan, ensuring the seamless implementation of customer experience strategies throughout the network.
  • Provide effective leadership to teams and cultivate the development of PTCL leadership expectations among all people managers.
  • Take charge of the alternate sales channel, optimizing the efficiency and outcomes of the existing direct sales setup, while actively exploring opportunities for further alternate sales channel development.
  • Drive the transformation of customer experience by converting business centers into digital sales channels. Guide customers through a complete digital journey via self-service apps, financial channels, OTT platforms, and smart gadgets.
  • Direct the Project Management Office (PMO) function for the entire sales department, ensuring meticulous execution and completion of all projects.
  • Achieve and surpass sales and revenue targets by formulating and executing effective go-to-market plans for new products and services.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and sales plans, meticulously aligning financial objectives with organizational goals.

Qualification:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
