IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Support end-to-end product development and enhancement aligned with organizational goals. Ensure innovative ideas are transformed into market-ready solutions through cross-functional collaboration.

Operate under moderate supervision, managing daily tasks independently while collaborating with stakeholders from Segment, CVM, Customer Care, Commercial Operations, IT Planning, and other teams. Drive innovation, cost efficiency, and competitive advantage by overseeing development timelines, analyzing product data, and supporting structured processes.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Manage all phases of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison for product development efforts, collaborating with stakeholders including Segment, Commercial Operations, Customer Care, Technology Strategy & Operations, USD, IT/IP Planning, IT QA, Finance, Sales, and Joint Shops.
  • Define and prioritize Change Requests (CRs) and project initiatives; communicate product roadmaps accordingly.
  • Lead and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
  • Generate and share progress reports on CRs to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Conduct training for Customer Operations, Customer Care, and Joint Shops teams to support new product rollouts.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
