Job DescriptionQualification & Experience:
  • BS in IT or DAE in Electronics with 4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely assistance to users facing hardware or software issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems to ensure minimal disruptions.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including computers, networks, CCTV, and peripheral devices.
  • Maintain IT inventories and monitor system performance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues and resolving network-related problems.
  • Implement cybersecurity measures such as antivirus programs and access controls.
  • Maintain documentation for IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
  • Manage Active Directory to create new user accounts for newly joined members or students.
  • Manage conferences and meetings in physical and online modes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, network troubleshooting, MS Office, software installation, and Windows OS.
  • Experience in managing computer labs and classrooms.
  • Hands-on experience with office automation.
  • Ability to update WordPress-based websites.
  • Experience in managing CCTV camera systems.
  • Understanding of computer hardware, software, networks, operating systems, CCTV, and troubleshooting IT equipment.
Training and Certifications
  • CCNA, Office Automation, Microsoft Office certifications.
Terms & Conditions

  • Last degree/certificate must be attested/verified by HEC.
Ineligibility Criteria
  • Third division in the terminal degree.
  • NUST employees with less than one year of service.
  • Medically unfit candidates.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests/interviews; no TA/DA will be provided.
