
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with foreign clients, particularly in the UK and/or USA markets. This role requires expertise in acquiring new Business-To-Business clients, along with building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven working experience (minimum 3 years) as a Business Development Executive/Consultant/Manager, with a focus on foreign clients.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing B2B clients from the UK and USA, with a track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and cultural nuances relevant to the UK and USA markets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively engage and support foreign clients, with a focus on the UK and USA markets.

- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Provide expert consulting services to clients, offering insights, recommendations, and solutions to drive their business success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and deliverables that address the specific needs of UK and USA clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities for expanding services and offerings to existing clients, maximizing revenue and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new clients in the UK and USA markets.
- Develop and execute targeted strategies to acquire new clients from the UK and USA, leveraging various channels such as networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
- Track and report on sales performance, client engagement, and market trends, providing regular updates to management.
