About The Dev Studio / Bonded.PK

The Dev Studio (est. 2011) is posting this role on behalf of Bonded.PK a business division of The Dev Studio and the Pakistan regional entity of Bonded, an AI-driven patient-journey platform for dental/healthcare practices. We unify clinic data across legacy PMS, automate communications, and streamline financial workflows built and supported locally by The Dev Studio's management team.

What You'll Do

• Restore and transform .BAK files (Orthotrac, Dolphin) into our Postgres schema
• Handle datatype mapping, schema conversion and data validation
• Build robust extract-transform-load workflows (cron scripts, Airflow/dbt or custom code)
• Implement error-handling, scheduling and performance tuning

Real-Time & Incremental Sync

• Design a lightweight on-prem agent (Windows service or container) to run at clinics
• Leverage Change Data Capture or event-driven tools for continuous replication

Cloud PMS Integrations

• Develop and maintain secure REST/OAuth connectors for SaaS-based PMS platforms

AI-Assisted Data Cleansing

• Collaborate with our AI team to embed GPT/Claude helpers for automated field-mapping and anomaly correction
• DevOps & Monitoring
• Containerize pipelines and agents (Docker)
• Set up CI/CD, logging, metrics and alerts for reliable operations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of SQL Server expertise (backups/restores, CDC, performance tuning)
• Proven ETL experience (SSIS, Airflow, dbt or custom solutions)
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, Node.js, or C#) for agent development
• Hands-on with REST API integrations and OAuth workflows
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Bonus: exposure to AI-driven data transformation (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain)
