Job Summary

The Data Conversion Specialist is a critical role that ensures customers receive an exceptional experience throughout the software implementation process.

This position will be an integral part of a motivated and collaborative team striving to deliver outstanding results and guarantee customer satisfaction.

  • Utilize various tools and processes to complete data migrations from other software packages and/or multiple data sources into Microsoft SQL Server in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop complex T-SQL and Powershell scripts with minimal supervision as needed to facilitate data migration.
  • Reconcile migrated data to ensure conversion accuracy.
  • Interpret requirements and define necessary system setups.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues throughout the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members; including Project Managers, Product Owners, Quality Assurance, and Technical Support Analysts.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of data migration/conversion experience working on multiple enterprise or software implementation projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional Microsoft SQL Server/T-SQL scripting skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows Powershell, and other issue tracking software.
  • Strong technical and communication skills, as well as ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess a deep understanding of all activities associated with software system implementations.
  • Capacity to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Excellent writing, editing, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Work Schedule:

6 PM to 2 AM (Pakistan Time).
