British American Tobacco Pakistan has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Insights Executive in Lahore.

Contract Type: This is a third-party contract role with BAT, for a duration of 6 months.

The Digital Insights Executive provides continuous, objective, relevant information, analysis, and advice to evaluate the end-to-end consumer journey (online to offline).

The role involves driving actionable insights and making business recommendations through analysis of digital and offline channels, campaigns, consumer insights, and competitor tracking. It includes providing timely marketing information to facilitate decision-making, monitoring strategy implementation, and serving as a data strategy SME in agile environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with Activation, Media, and Technical agencies to ensure accurate digital data.
  2. Participating in campaign discussions and advising based on data capabilities and consumer insights.
  3. Analyzing performance data across brands and formats using digital tools and AI models.
  4. Consolidating digital analytics and providing recommendations.
  5. Conducting social listening, trend monitoring, and competitor analysis.
  6. Enhancing data sources and analytics tools.
  7. Leading analytics implementation with tools like Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch.
  8. Providing forecasting for planning activities.

Qualifications include:

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and business strategy.
  • At least 3 years in Digital Marketing, Data, Analytics, or related roles.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, PowerBI, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends.
