Your role and responsibilities
  1. Assist in Process Analysis & Design: Help analyze and design basic HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation.
  2. Learn SAP SuccessFactors Modules: Gain knowledge of core SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Compensation. Understand how these modules work together to support HR processes.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team to support SAP SuccessFactors implementations and assist in ongoing system maintenance.
  4. Support Task Coordination: Help track tasks and ensure they are completed on time. Assist in providing basic updates and documentation for the team.
  5. Provide Basic Support: Assist in providing functional support for SAP SuccessFactors users and help troubleshoot common issues.
  6. Customer Communication: Support communication between team members and clients, ensuring that requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  7. Learning & Development: Continuously improve your skills by learning about SAP SuccessFactors features and HR processes to contribute effectively to the team.

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and support of SuccessFactors solutions. The following expertise and skills are required:

  1. HR Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR processes, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Employee Development.
  2. SAP SuccessFactors Knowledge: Familiarity with core SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning.
  3. Experience with HR Systems: Any prior exposure to HR systems (including SuccessFactors) is a plus.
  4. Communication & Consulting Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with business users and provide basic functional support.
Preferred technical and professional experience
