Job Description

As an HR Specialist at KILONEWTONS, you will play a key role in managing our human resources functions, from recruitment to employee engagement. You'll be instrumental in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

Employee Relations: Serve as primary HR contact for employee queries and concerns

Performance Management: Support appraisal processes and development initiatives

HR Policies: Implement and maintain company HR policies and procedures

Compensation & Benefits: Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration

Training & Development: Coordinate employee training programs

HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations

HR Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports

Employee Engagement: Organize initiatives to boost workplace morale

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

In-depth knowledge of Pakistani labor laws

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with HRIS systems (familiarity with [specific software] a plus)

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, PHR)

Experience in [your industry] sector

Bilingual in English and Urdu
