In this role you will

The Default Recovery Executive is responsible for orchestrating the recovery operations of defaulted accounts within an organization. This role aims to strategize and implement effective recovery processes, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of default cases. By overseeing recovery targets, analyzing default trends, and maintaining transparent records, the Default Recovery Manager contributes to the financial health of the company while optimizing resource utilization and adhering to regulatory requirements.

How you can express your talent
  • Analyze monthly additions to default accounts and report key concerns and improvement areas to management.
  • Ensure timely issuance of notices and bills to defaulters for effective recovery management.
  • Assign recovery targets to teams and individuals while monitoring and evaluating their performance.
  • Optimize the use of resources, teams, and tools to achieve assigned recovery targets.
  • Prepare and share timely reports of daily recovery KPIs on weekly and monthly bases.
  • Maintain and update the defaulter ledger by incorporating payments and adjustments.
What you need to be successful

Qualification:

  • MBA/BBA Finance, ACCA, ICMA

Competencies:

  • Microsoft Office esp. Advance Excel skills
  • Presentation Skills
  • Business Communication
