Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Qualification: B.Com (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support in daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of debit/credit entries and be proficient in using Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions (debit/credit entries).
  • Prepare and update reports in Excel.
  • Assist in maintaining ledgers, vouchers, and other financial records.
  • Support in preparing monthly reconciliations and basic financial summaries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
