Job Overview:

We are hiringLead Generation Executiveswho can confidently engage with U.S.-based customers via cold calling. Your primary job is togenerate leads and convince potential clientsabout our services —no hard selling, just smart conversations and rapport-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential U.S. clients
  • Introduce our services in a clear, confident manner
  • Generate leads and gather interest for follow-up
  • Convince customers with a positive, professional approach
  • Maintain accurate call records and follow-up notes

Requirements:

  • Confident, persuasive, and good at conversations
  • Willing to work USA night shift (9 PM – 6 AM PST)
  • Previous experience in cold calling or lead generation is aplus
  • Must be based in or nearJohar Town, Lahore

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: Rs. 35,000 – Rs. 45,000
  • High Uncapped Commissions– earn more with better performance
  • Bonuses & Incentivesfor meeting monthly goals
