Position Overview:
In the capacity of an Inbound Sales Specialist, your pivotal role will encompass the proficient handling of incoming sales inquiries, adeptly translating them into successful transactions. Your harmonious collaboration with our sales and marketing cohorts will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and gratifying customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clear Communication: Professionally handle and promptly respond to sales inquiries coming through phone calls, emails, and online chats.
2. Understanding Leads: Expertly assess leads, carefully analyzing customer needs to provide customized and effective solutions.
3. Product Insights: Offer comprehensive information about our products, including pricing details and accurate quotes, to potential customers.
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing units to refine strategies for generating leads and increasing successful conversions.
5. Effective Documentation: Thoroughly record and track all sales interactions and inquiries within our CRM system, maintaining a flawless record.
6. Meeting Targets: Strive to not only meet but exceed the set sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through dedicated efforts.
Qualifications:
1. Understanding Customers: Strong ability to grasp customer needs and offer tailored solutions effectively.
2. Problem Solving: Display robust analytical and problem-solving skills, underpinned by careful attention to detail.
3. CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and a solid understanding of sales processes.
4. Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as an integral part of a team.
5. Flexibility: Willingness to accommodate occasional evening and weekend commitments.
