The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Lahore. This is a pivotal role focused on driving new business for our specialized China-Pakistan air and land transportation services, covering both import and export shipments. If you have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of freight, and a desire to contribute to a nationally significant project, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for China-Pakistan (import & export) air and land freight services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present compelling freight quotes, proposals, and service agreements.
• Negotiate rates and service terms with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with our Operations, Customs, and International teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and CPEC developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs for assigned routes and services.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Represent Consort Logistics Inc. professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with a strong focus on international trade.
• Demonstrable understanding of China-Pakistan trade lanes, specifically both air and land (road) transport.
• Solid knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international trade documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-centric 2 approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, multicultural team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is a significant advantage.
• Previous experience working with or selling services related to CPEC.
• Knowledge of freight management software (TMS/CRM).
• Prior experience in cross-border logistics operations.
