The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, with the possibility of renewal at the discretion of the Management based on the company's requirements and individual performance.

Qualification & Experience:

MBA / Masters in Finance & Accounting with at least 8 years of post-qualification relevant experience in Risk Management or CA / ACMA / ACCA / CIMA / FRM / CFA with at least 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities:

  • The job holder will be responsible for risk-related activities of the organization, including its employees, customers, reputation, assets, and stakeholder interests.
  • The job holder will contribute to Risk Management activities and administer risk management programs related to governance, regulatory compliance, operational risk, and other risks.
  • Create and modify policies to ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards.
  • Establish, maintain, and communicate the organization's Enterprise Risk Management Framework, objectives, and guidance to achieve the ERM maturity level developed by the company.
  • Support the CRO in implementing the ERM Framework.
  • Recommend risk management policies, risk appetite, and risk limits to the Executive Management.
  • Design, communicate, and facilitate the use of appropriate ERM methodologies, tools, and techniques across the organization.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide risk assessments and monitor key risks.
  • Plan and oversee risk control actions for critical risks.
  • Conduct Risk Workshops to validate Risk Registers and identify new risks and mitigation measures.
  • Provide guidance and coordination to ensure the implementation of risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with all functional groups to improve risk management capabilities continuously.
  • Implement risk reporting mechanisms for the Executive Management and Board.
  • Conduct annual evaluations of the risk management program's effectiveness and update goals accordingly.
  • Ensure corporate insurance programs align with the ERM strategy.
  • Manage relationships with external consultants and supervise their work programs.
