Overview

The Catalogue Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing two critical product catalogues. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness of all product data, enabling strong business performance across platforms. The position requires a data-driven mindset, attention to detail, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams—particularly the pricing data collection team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end management of multiple catalogues, ensuring all content is complete, consistent, and up to date.
  • Ensure data collection and validation of all product attributes, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, UNSPSC codes, stock status, and imagery, meeting platform and customer standards.
  • Maintain product categorization integrity, ensuring proper mapping and compliance with UNSPSC coding structures.
  • Coordinate regularly with the pricing data collection team to maintain alignment with daily/weekly schedules, deliverables, and strategic objectives.
  • Continuously monitor catalogue content to ensure high data quality—accuracy, consistency, and relevance of listed products.
  • Validate product pricing and stock availability to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with customer or platform requirements.
  • Proactively identify and manage EOL (End-of-Life) products—removing or replacing them with relevant alternatives.
  • Lead reverse engineering activities to identify in-stock or underutilized products for catalogue addition, following established SOPs.
  • Identify and add new products based on market demand, customer feedback, and sales performance trends.
  • Perform data analysis to identify and prioritize fast-moving (high-demand) items and share trends, product performance insights, and actionable intelligence to improve catalogue and productivity.
  • Ensure that all listed products and brand lines are reviewed and updated at least twice weekly to maintain relevance and compliance with objectives.
  • Continuously suggest and implement improvements to workflows, catalogue content structure, and platform usability.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in catalogue or product data management, preferably in an e-commerce or procurement environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, and preferably other analytics tools.
  • Experience with UNSPSC coding, product categorization, and B2B platforms is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
