Job Description:

We're looking for an Admin & Finance officer who is responsible for handling a range of financial and administrative tasks. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Role & Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

  • Ensure completeness of supporting documentation and conduct data entry.
  • Responsible for expense recording and reconciliation.
  • Maintenance of bank & petty cash control sheets.
  • Verify travel expense reports.
  • Manage filing/archiving of all documents.
  • Coordinate with banks for various tasks involving cash drawing, cheque/documents submission.

Administration Management

  • Responsibility for the maintenance of all office equipment.
  • Oversee 2 office locations.
  • Oversee office maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate with office supplies vendors, Bahria town management on utilities, gate passes, etc.
  • Coordinate with printing vendors, IT equipment vendors, event management vendors, landlords.
  • Arrange travel schedules and make reservations.
  • Maintenance of attendance records.
  • Handle logistics.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Job Specification:

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in finance and admin in the services sector.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware and system setup.
  • Adequate understanding of IT equipment and basic software installation.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively; should be a quick learner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adequate understanding of MS Office.
