The Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. This position is responsible for formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Bulk Hiring Initiatives: Leads and coordinates bulk hiring initiatives, collaborating with recruitment teams to meet large-scale staffing needs efficiently and within tight timelines.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Builds and maintains strong stakeholder relationships across various departments to align HR strategies with business goals and drive collaboration.
- Weekly Meetings: Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units to ensure effective communication and progress tracking.
- Employee Relations: Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop solutions, programs, and policies in partnership with the HR group.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
