Fiberlink (Pvt) Ltd, a reputed ISP in Pakistan, is looking for professionals to fill the position of Key Account Manager in our Karachi Office. Ideal candidates should be from the relevant industry and have at least 2 years of experience.

Job Specification

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all queries related to assigned customers.
  • Provide email- and telephone-based support to customers.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and other technical departments.
  • Engage senior technical personnel as required to assist in the troubleshooting process.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and effectively.
  • Generate invoices for assigned customers.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for working with people and for helping customers succeed.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and projects and ensure their completion.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work well under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal management direction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
