Client Company Introduction: A Pakistan-based Market Services Company setting the standard in design & display, with over 150 employees, hiring onsite from Karachi.

Opening: Key Accounts

Job Description
  • Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with all assigned key accounts.
  • Grow the portfolio by adding more partners and ensuring month-over-month growth of partner transactions.
  • Analyze and identify partner needs and growth opportunities.
  • Implement new value-added initiatives and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Own and execute marketing calendars agreed with key accounts.
  • Align key accounts with the company's short- and long-term strategies.
  • Maintain high customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insights.
  • Drive client retention and satisfaction, maintaining visibility and reporting progress to management.
  • Communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Handle additional tasks and projects as they arise.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the function.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven with basic analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
  • Driven, ambitious, with good communication skills.
  • Proactive and capable of leading independent projects.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
Job Details

Experience: 3+ Years

Work Timings: 9 am - 6 pm

Work Days: Monday - Friday

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
