Job Description

Position Title: Key Account Manager – Services Business / Solution Selling

Location: KSA / UAE / Pakistan

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)

Business Unit: Products & Strategy

Position Overview

NETS International is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager with a strong track record in services-based solution selling. The role involves driving growth in core service domains such as Cybersecurity, Automation, Managed Services, and Resource Outsourcing/Augmentation by engaging enterprise clients, developing proposals, and closing complex deals. The candidate should have consultative sales expertise, technical fluency, and strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Services and Solutions opportunities to successful closure.
  • Lead bid responses, tenders, RFPs, and coordinate with teams for proposals.
  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with clients across KSA, Pakistan, UAE in various sectors.
  • Position and sell complex service solutions in Cybersecurity, Automation, and Managed Services.
  • Develop account plans, pipeline, and ensure revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
  • Present solutions to CXO-level stakeholders and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline exceeding quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related; MBA is a plus.
  • 5–7 years of B2B solution selling experience in Cybersecurity, Automation, or Managed Services.
  • Existing relationships with clients in multiple industries.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and closing high-value deals.
  • Understanding of service delivery models and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Certifications like PMP, CISSP, CISM, CEH, ITIL are advantageous.
  • Experience with CXO relationships in key industries.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
