Job Title: Key Account Strategist
Aspire 92 is seeking an experienced Key Account Strategist with a strong background in finance and accounting, specifically from an ACCA qualification.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Service Delivery: Ensure consistent high-level service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, sales, and operations to align on client needs and ensure successful project execution.
- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management and clients.
- Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, renewals, and terms with clients.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights for account growth.
- Account Strategy: Develop and implement account strategies that align with the company's goals.
Requirements:
- Mandatory Qualifications: ACCA qualification is mandatory.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing large or key accounts, preferably in finance or related sectors.
- Leadership Skills: Strong management and leadership skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data and present actionable insights.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM software.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Corporate Experience: Experience in handling accounts within a corporate or B2B environment.
- Financial Expertise: Familiarity with financial forecasting and budgeting.
