Overview

We are seeking a proactive Supplier Onboarding Specialist to contact and enroll suppliers in our client's virtual credit card payment program. This role involves high-volume outreach, relationship building, and data management with clear daily performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily outreach & enrollment
  • Make 100+ outbound calls and emails daily to suppliers
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets
  • Follow provided scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
  • Handle objections and rebuttals professionally
  • Research missing contact information for suppliers (phone numbers, emails)
Required Skills
  • Sales Experience: Proven ability to handle objections and deliver benefit statements
  • High-Volume Calling: Comfortable making 100+ daily outreach attempts
  • Research Skills: Ability to find missing contact information using online tools
  • Excel Proficiency: Data entry and spreadsheet management
  • Communication: Professional phone and email communication skills
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport and trust quickly
